Effects of Pressing Shenshu,Zhaohai Acupoint on Erythrocyte Immune and Antioxidetion Function after Tennis Training / 中国运动医学杂志

Objective The effect of pressing Shenshu、Zhaohai acupoint on the erythrocyte immune and antioxidetion function was observed in tennis players. Methods 11 male tennis players were randomly divided into contro l group (n=5) and experimental group(n=6).Players in experimental group accepted pressing Shenshu,Zhaohai bilaterally,2 minutes each point for 4 wee ks,after dai ly tennis training.Before and after experiment,all players were tested on a cycl e ergometer for 20 min.
